We provide AI automation tools including chatbots, missed-call text-back systems, automated follow-ups, and review generation for local businesses.
You agree to use the services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you purchase any paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automation outcomes will meet any specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
